$75K after 3 months’ probation.

The Charleston hotel is looking for a qualified chef to start ASAP.

They are looking for a full time chef, 40 hours a week across Thursday to Sunday.

Hours per day would be 10am to 3:30pm then 4:30pm to 9pm

To paint a picture of their kitchen, a normal Friday would consist of:

Lunch: The chef plus 1 kitchen hand. They would normally serve about 25 covers.

Dinner: The chef, an assistant on the fryers, 2 – 3 kitchen hands and serve 80 + covers.

They have a reasonably extensive menu, 60% of covers are schnitzels, although they offer 8 different toppings, which does add some complexity.
