Schedule is Wednesday to Sunday with every Monday and Tuesday off as well as every Christmas / New Year.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

The ability to maintain a clean, organised and compliant kitchen.

Excellent knife skills.

High attention to detail.

Ensure consistency, quality and presentation of all dishes.

General day to day duties of food preparation, menu planning and ensuring high quality of food service.
