45 HOURS PER WEEK

Work week is Wednesday to Sunday with every Monday and Tuesday off as well as every Christmas through New Year week off.

The extremely busy but delightful Fox and Firkin British Pub are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join their dynamic kitchen team.

The job entails:
The ability to maintain a clean, organised and compliant kitchen.
Excellent knife skills.
High attention to detail.
Ensure consistency, quality and presentation of all dishes.
General day to day duties of food preparation, menu planning and ensuring high quality of food service.
