Gawler`s favorite hotel, The Exchange, is looking for a Head Chef due to internal promotions to start ASAP.

Known as one of the Northern Suburbs premier dining hotels, Murray’s BBQ & Bar is famous for it’s whole joints of meat, dry rubbed, marinated
then smoked on-site in their custom-fabricated smoker.

If BBQ is your style, this is the job for you!

Eligible for additional bonus scheme after 6 months!

No split shifts and Sunday/Monday RDO’s

Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience running a high volume commercial kitchen.
High standards of food presentation and a strong knowledge of food safety are also essential.
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work under pressure is a must.
