The amazing Dean group is looking for an experienced Sous chef with proven function experience to start ASAP.

You will be closely working with the Executive chef to actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus.
Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte.
Communicate effectively with the rest of the team.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
Certificate in Commercial Cookery Level 4 or above.
Proven experience in leading, training and developing teams.
