CASUAL RATE OF $39.27

The wonderful Elephant and Castle hotel, situated on West terrace in Adelaide’s CBD, are looking for a Sous chef for approx. 40-45 hours, over a 7-day roster.

Work for fantastic owners who have over 40 years’ experience in hospitality and really know how to treat their staff!

Skills and experience needed:

A minimum of 2-5 years cooking experience in a commercial kitchen
Formal culinary qualification
The ability to communicate clearly with other managers across the venue.
High food safety standards and commitment to hygiene
A calm and professional personality with a committed and passionate attitude to work

Also, there’s free car parking at rear of hotel.

Our chefs work as a subcontractor, so payment is made directly to you from your client within 7 working days at $52 per hour.

We work right across South Australia, so be prepared to travel and work in some of South Australia’s most beautiful locations with free accommodation and meals supplied.
