Queenscliffe hotel which is situated in Kingscote on Kangaroo island is looking for an experienced and qualified chef to take over the hotels kitchen operations.
Responsibilities include: – stock ordering, stock rotation, budgeting, rostering, stock-take, menu planning/costing etc
Applicant must be punctual, reliable, honest and maintain a clean kitchen (and not be drug dependent 😉)
At present they close on Sundays and Public Holidays but would need to be available for some split shifts.
Accommodation can be temporarily supplied (but not until after KI Cup on Feb 14-16)
